Walter H. Lion Speaks at the International Bar Association in Vancouver, Canada

On October 5, 2010, Walter H. Lion spoke at the annual meeting of the International Bar Association, in Vancouver, British Columbia, as part of an International Sales Committee panel presentation titled, “Managing your supply chain – understanding payment and shipping terms and documents when moving goods from factory to vessel through ports and beyond.”

The panel, which also included practitioners from Canada, the Netherlands, and the Philippines, discussed the contractual relationships and practical issues involved in the international transportation of goods.
