McLaughlin & Stern Enters California through San Francisco merger (Daily Journal, February 12, 2026)

The New York firm combines with Dillingham & Murphy, establishing its first West Coast office at 155 Sansome Street.

New York-based McLaughlin & Stern is expanding to the West Coast through a merger with San Francisco-based Dillingham & Murphy, bringing the firm to California for the first time.

The combined office will operate as McLaughlin & Stern – San Francisco, taking over Dillingham & Murphy’s longtime space at 155 Sansome St. and retaining the firm’s existing phone number.
