Christopher Marsala is an attorney who focuses his practice on Real Property and Estate and Trust law. Mr. Marsala has met the rigorous standard to attain Board Certification by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Real Estate Law. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marsala was a member of one of the longest standing law firms in Naples, Florida, where he practiced for more than 13 years. Prior to relocation to Florida in 2001, Mr. Marsala practiced in New York and New Jersey for almost 10 years. He is a graduate of Indiana University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He received his J.D. from the New York Law School in 1991.

Mr. Marsala was admitted to the Florida and New York Bars in 1992 and the New Jersey Bar in 1991. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, for the Middle District of Florida, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey. He is also an active member of the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section and the Collier County Bar Association. Mr. Marsala currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Gulf Coast University Eagles Club where, among other duties, he works directly with the athletic director and staff to raise funds for FGCU’s Athletic Program.
