Paul H. Silverman was a speaker on December 3, 2010, at the 3rd Annual corporate law restructuring symposium hosted by Ludwig-Maximilians Law University in Munich, Germany. The all-day symposium involved experienced lawyers selected from Germany, U.S.A., United Kingdom, Austria and Switzerland comparing various country’s restructuring laws with the proposed German Bankruptcy reform laws to an audience of 250+ Europe based lawyers, judges and legislators and financial officers.
