Partners Linda Rosenthal & Tracy Burnett Participate in NYC Bar Panel

Partners Linda Rosenthal and Tracy Burnett participated in the New York City Bar Association’s Women in the Legal Profession (WILP) Committee, panel discussion held on January 25th regarding “What a New York Employer Can Do to Support Employees Following Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health (the Supreme Court case that overturned Roe v. Wade)”. The panel addressed the risks and considerations for New York based employers in offering health benefits to employees and their dependents in a post-Dobbs world.

The panel is the first in series sponsored by the City Bar addressing Dobbs.
