Partners Linda Rosenthal & Tracy Burnett’s Women’s Committee at NYC Bar to Host Panel “What Employers Can Do to Help Employees and Dependents Post Dobbs”
Partners Linda Rosenthal and Tracy Burnett sit on the New York City Bar Association’s Women in the Legal Profession (WILP) Committee, which is hosting an important panel discussion next Wednesday, January 25th at 6:30 p.m. regarding “What a New York Employer Can Do to Support Employees Following Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health (the Supreme Court case that overturned Roe v. Wade)”. The panel will address the risks and considerations for New York based employers in offering health benefits to employees and their dependents in a post-Dobbs world. A reception will follow the panel.
The panel is the first in series of panels sponsored by the City Bar addressing Dobbs.
