About Mollie Lustig

Mollie Lustig is a Partner at McLaughlin & Stern and Co-Chair of the firm’s Cannabis Practice Group. She has been a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association (NJSBA) Cannabis Law Committee since 2017 and has previously spoken on topics including diversely held businesses, labor peace agreements and sustainability within New Jersey’s cannabis industry. Ms. Lustig’s clients include cannabis businesses, investment partners, CBD entrepreneurs, cannabis support services and municipal entities. She has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2019 for her work in the employment and labor field.

In addition to speaking at the NJ Cannabis Insider Spring Conference on March 16, Ms. Lustig is also scheduled to speak at the NJSBA’s 4th Annual Cannabis Symposium on April 28. The Symposium is being presented in cooperation with the NJSBA Cannabis Law Special Committee. According to the NJSBA, the Symposium, “offers attendees the opportunity to explore cutting-edge issues relating to the gauntlet of federal, state and local laws and regulations that are pertinent to capital markets and financial solutions, employment law, and criminal law along with presentations on new topics involving cannabis and intellectual property, RFA awardees, the latest developments in hemp law . . . .”
