McLaughlin & Stern Welcomes New Incoming Partners: Jeffrey H. Glassover, Christopher Marsala and Scott C. Rowland

Jeffrey H. Glassover is a Real Estate Attorney with over 30 years of experience representing institutional and entrepreneurial clients.

Mr. Glassover has an Associate of Arts from The American University in Paris, France; a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut; a Master of Science from The Columbia University Graduate School of Business; and a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from The Cornell Law School. He has been admitted to the Bars of Florida and California.

Mr. Glassover is also the Founder and President of Glassover & Company,Inc. an investment real estate brokerage firm, based in Naples, Florida, and serving institutional clients both nationally and internationally.

Christopher Marsala is an attorney who focuses his practice on Real Property and Estate and Trust law. Mr. Marsala has met the rigorous standard to attain Board Certification by the Florida Bar as a Specialist in Real Estate Law. Immediately prior to joining the firm, Mr. Marsala was a member of one of the longest standing law firms in Naples, Florida, where he practiced for more than 13 years. Prior to relocation to Florida in 2001, Mr. Marsala practiced in New York and New Jersey for almost 10 years. He is a graduate of Indiana University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. He received his J.D. from New York Law School in 1991.

Mr. Marsala was admitted to the Florida and New York Bars in 1992 and the New Jersey Bar in 1991. He is an active member of the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section and the Collier County Bar Association. Mr. Marsala currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Florida Gulf Coast University Eagles Club where, among other duties, he works directly with the athletic director and staff to raise funds for FGCU’s Athletic Program.

Scott C. Rowland is a civil litigation attorney who focuses his practice on Matrimonial and Family Law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rowland was a member of one of the longest standing law firms in Naples, Florida, where he practiced for more than 14 years. He is a graduate of Florida State University, where he received dual bachelor’s degrees in History and Political Science. He received his J.D. from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia.

He is also an active member of the Florida Bar, Family Law Section and the Collier County Bar Association, where he has served as the President of the Family Law Section, President of the Young Lawyers Section and as a Director for the Collier County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Thomas S. Biggs Chapter of the Inns of Court where he has obtained the level of Master of the Bench.
