McLaughlin & Stern, LLP Launches Satellite Office in Clark, New Jersey
Clark, New Jersey (January 4, 2022) – McLaughlin & Stern, LLP is pleased to announce the opening of its new law office in Clark, New Jersey. The addition will allow the firm to better serve its existing clients with a New Jersey presence and to focus on expanding its already far-reaching geographic scope.
Chet Ostrowski, who has been a Partner in the firm’s Litigation Department for more than 5 years, will anchor the new office. “McLaughlin & Stern is an amazing firm, stacked with talented and experienced lawyers equipped to handle just about anything our clients need,” Ostrowski said. “In addition to our headquarters in midtown Manhattan, we already have strong satellite offices on Long Island, in the Hudson Valley, in Connecticut, and in Florida. Our new office in New Jersey will round out our coverage of the tri-state area and enable all of us, individually and as a whole, to better serve our clients.”
Ostrowski focuses his litigation practice on complex commercial, consumer finance, real estate, and bankruptcy matters. He will be joined initially by Charlie Kellett (formerly of Kaufman Dolowich & Voluck, LLP in Hackensack, NJ) and Mollie Hartman Lustig (formerly of Chasan Lamparello Mallon & Cappuzzo, PC in Secaucus, NJ), who both recently joined the firm as Partners. According to Ostrowski, “both Charlie and Mollie have strong roots in New Jersey and unique skill sets that will both strengthen and expand the firm’s existing practice areas.” Kellett – who grew up and lives in nearby Cranford – is a specialist in New Jersey civil procedure, whose commercial litigation practice includes professional liability matters, general business litigation, employment litigation, and appellate work. While Hartman Lustig has a broad range of experience focused on labor and employment issues, a substantial part of her practice now also includes counseling clients regarding virtually every aspect of the legal cannabis business.
