Since joining the firm in January 2013, Mr. Gallaway has spearheaded nationwide class and collective actions against numerous Fortune 500 companies on behalf of hundreds of thousands of plaintiffs. Besides complex commercial and wage and hour class action litigation, Mr. Gallaway also competently and frequently handles employment, contractual, corporate and criminal defense matters.
