Long Island Partners of Ackerman, Levine, Cullen, Brickman & Limmer, LLP Join McLaughlin & Stern

New York, New York (November 7, 2016) McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, announced today that the partners of Ackerman, Levine, Cullen, Brickman & Limmer, LLP, the long-time Great Neck, Long Island-based law firm, together with the firm’s other personnel, have joined McLaughlin & Stern, LLP. The transaction is expected to strengthen personnel and resources, widen the range of legal services provided, and expand the geographic range of services provided by each firm.

Speaking from the Firm’s New York headquarters, the Firm’s Managing Partner, Geoffry R. The Ackerman Levine partners moving to McLaughlin & Stern include Eileen Breslin, who practices corporate and communications law; John M. Brickman, head of Ackerman Levine’s litigation group, who concentrates in commercial and trusts and estates litigation and arbitration; Todd Hesekiel (Ackerman Levine’s co-managing partner and now the administrative partner of McLaughlin & Stern’s Great Neck office), who concentrates on litigation and real estate; Stephen G. Limmer, who has decades of experience in municipal and local government law; Andrew J. Luskin, who practices commercial and municipal litigation; Christopher J. Prior, who divides his practice between municipal and local government law and business and corporate matters; and Hollis F. Russell, head of Ackerman Levine’s trusts and estates practice.
