John M. Brickman Delivered a Continuing Legal Education Presentation on Ethical Aspects of Mortgage Foreclosures

John M Brickman, head of litigation in the Firm’s Long Island office, delivered a Continuing Legal Education presentation on ethical aspects of mortgage foreclosures. He gave his presentation at a New Your State Bar Association program entitled “Mortgage Foreclosures and Workouts,” on November 9, 2016, at the Melville Marriott Hotel in Melville, New York.

Mr. Brickman, who joined the firm on November 1, 2016, together with his colleagues from Ackerman, Levine, Cullen, Brickman & Limmer LLP, concentrates his practice in commercial and trusts and estates litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He is a member of the New York State Commission on Legislative Ethics, and lectures and writes regularly on legal ethics topics.
