Jack Vayda Teaches Charter Parties at French Law School

Jack Vayda taught the course on charter parties in April at the highly regarded Faculty of Law of the University of Aix-Marseille, Centre de Droit Maritime et des Transports (CDMT) and Institute de Formation Universitaire et de Recherche du Transport Aérien (IFURTA) which are, collectively, named Põle Transports. The Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Aix-Marseille grants a Master of Maritime Law Diploma at their Campus in Aix, France. 

This year the student body of Pole Transports includes graduate students from over 10 nations with diverse job experience, training and backgrounds, all of whom take a wide range of courses, including charter parties.
