Franklin Square versus Nauman Hussain

Attorney Christian Browne is currently representing Nauman Hussain, the owner of Synergy Fitness in Franklin Square, who is looking to demolish an existing building located at 600 Franklin Avenue and build a three-story self-storage facility in its place.

Mr. Browne said once the facility is built, it will beautify the property, more tax revenue will come into the community, and there will be a negligible amount of traffic. “It’s important that the community knows that this also helps Valley Caterers, and it’s going to improve the site aesthetically,” he said. “At the end of the day, the community gets a lot more tax dollars at the site.”
