Firm Represents Former Machine Operator in Overtime Lawsuit

Brett Gallaway, Nelson Canter, Lee Shalov and Jason Giaimo are currently representing Deseria R. Griffin, who is suing her former employer for violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act. Ms. Griffin, who worked as a machine operator at Endicott Coil Company Inc. from 2013 to 2022, alleged that the company rounded down her time sheets to 40 hours a week without taking into account the amount of overtime she worked.
