Dennis Wiley Presented a Continuing Legal Education Program, “The Who, What, When, Where and How of Vacating a Probate Decree”

On May 19, 2021, Dennis Wiley presented a continuing legal education program titled, “The Who, What, When, Where and How of Vacating a Probate Decree,” to the Surrogate’s Court, Estates and Trusts Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.  The Committee focuses on estate planning, administration and litigation; reviews pending relevant New York State legislation; and maintains an interchange of ideas with the Nassau County Surrogate and staff on matters of mutual interest.  Approximately 55 attorneys attended the presentation, which discussed the challenges faced, and opportunities available, to litigants in New York State who seek to re-open judgments determining the validity of Wills.
