Condominium and Homeowners Association Liens, Foreclosures, and Bankruptcy

The Florida Bar has recently published the Fourth Edition of the treatise “Florida Condominium and Community Association Law”. Chapter 16, “Condominium and Homeowners’ Association Liens, Foreclosures, and Bankruptcy”, was co-authored by Palm Beach Bankruptcy Partner, Steven S. Newburgh. The 141-page chapter is oriented to the non-bankruptcy, state law practitioner, who often encounter issues that directly or indirectly implicate the Bankruptcy Code.
