Christian Browne Discusses Landmark Designation Lawsuit on LI News Radio

Attorney Christian Browne recently appeared on LI News Radio (103.9 FM) to speak about the lawsuit filed against the Town of Hempstead by his client, a local residential developer, in a landmark designation case. His client planned to subdivide a property in the town and build two homes, when the town, at the behest of a small group of local residents, designated the existing home on the property as a landmark. The developer then sued the town for violations of his constitutional rights. The town attempted to have the case dismissed, but a federal district judge denied the motion.
