Brian J. Grieco Announced Partner at Mclaughlin & Stern, LLP

Mclaughlin & Stern, LLP, one of New York’s most distinguished law firms, is pleased to announce that Brian J. Grieco has been promoted to Partner. 

Mr. Grieco is a business-focused lawyer who represents individual and corporate clients in an array of disciplines, including general corporate, succession planning, debtor and creditor rights, and litigation.  He began his legal career as a financial restructuring lawyer and has extensive experience in business reorganization, bankruptcy, and insolvency.  Mr. Grieco also has extensive litigation experience, focused on general commercial and insolvency-related matters, such as fraudulent conveyance and dissolution, among many other types of corporate disputes, large and small.  

He also has substantial transactional experience, including in the areas of corporate and deal structure, secured lending, and general contract and commercial law.  He works closely with the firm’s Trust and Estates attorneys to counsel clients on transaction structure, succession planning, valuation analysis, and related trust and estate planning.
