Benjamin Kaplan Named Counsel at Mclaughlin & Stern, LLP

Mclaughlin & Stern, LLP, one of New York’s most distinguished law firms, is pleased to announce Benjamin Kaplan has been promoted to counsel.

Mr. Kaplan is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Municipal, and Elder Law Department. 

Mr. Kaplan serves as a village prosecutor in Nassau County. He received his Bachelor of Talmudic Law Degree from the Yeshiva Bnei Torah Rabbinical College and a J.D. magna cum laude from Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Kaplan enjoyed great success in law school, where he served as Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review, made the Dean’s List for each academic year, and ranked fifth overall in his class. Mr. Kaplan, who speaks Hebrew, also served as a summer clerk for Judge William D. Wall of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
