Tyrrell Prosser has over 40 years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions, primarily leasing, buying and selling, and secured financing for a wide variety of significant transactional real estate projects throughout California and elsewhere, including a variety of real estate matters involving the leasing, conveyance and financing of resort properties, downtown office buildings, power center developments, retail stores, apartment projects, golf courses, hotels, industrial facilities, residential subdivisions and Master-Planned Communities, high-tech campuses and energy projects. 

Ty’s current practice also emphasizes all aspects of transactional matters involving real property, including its acquisition, development, improvement, leasing and sale, as well as advising on and assisting in the resolution of disputes concerning real property, its ownership, use, financing and disposition.

Ty obtained his B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley, Physics and his J.D. from the University of Southern California Law Center, Order of the Coif.
