Talbott Miller (“Toby”) is an attorney with 35 years of experience representing private business owners, high net worth individuals and nonresidents who are not citizens of the U.S. in connection with gift and estate planning, charitable gifting, related income tax issues and proceedings before the IRS. He is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Maine. Prior to joining McLaughlin & Stern, Toby was a partner in Kelley Drye and Warren in Manhattan and a Director at Alex, Brown and Deutsche Bank Trust Company in Boston and New York. Toby is a graduate of Harvard University and the University of Maine Law School. He also is a former Trustee and Treasurer of the Advent School.
