Scott Doherty focuses his practice on general civil litigation with an emphasis on employment discrimination, personal injury, and trust and estate litigation. Scott also has experience with trust and estate administration.

Prior to joining McLaughlin and Stern, he was an associate attorney at the Law Offices of G. Oliver Koppell and Associates.

Scott is a 2014 graduate of the University of Vermont with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He attended New York Law School, where he received his JD and graduated cum laude in 2019. During his time in law school, Scott was a John Marshall Harlan Scholar, a Global Law Fellow, a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council, and a Staff Editor for New York Law School’s Law Review.
