Hon. Robert J. Hecker is a member of the New York State Bar.  Admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; and the Supreme Court of the United States.

He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and a B.A. from Brandeis University. 

Judge Hecker is a member of the New York State, Westchester County and White Plains Bar Associations (former president).  He served as a mediator for the Westchester County Bar Association Grievance Committee Regarding fee disputes.

He was certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a County Mediator on April 9, 2010 and served as a board member of the National Home Equity Mortgage Association and as a board member of that division of the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Former member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA, White Plains, New York; Advisory Board of Directors White Plains Beautification Foundation.

He has served as Associate City Judge of the City Court of White Plains for two successive two year terms.
