Robert A. Pacht, a partner, has forty years’ experience in the area of real estate and corporate law.  In that capacity, Mr. Pacht represents purchasers, sellers, and developers in commercial and residential property sales and purchases, office and retail leasing, restaurant franchisees, and commercial and residential mortgage financing.  Mr. Pacht is also counsel to more than fifteen cooperative apartment corporations. 

Mr. Pacht received his J.D. degree from The George Washington University of Law School in 1982 and an LLM in environmental law from Pace University in 1992.  He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1983, and to the New Jersey State Bar in 1985.
