Paige Dubicki is an associate at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP, where she focuses her practice on elder law, including Article 81 guardianships, Medicaid planning, probate, and estate administration. She works closely with elderly individuals, caregivers, and families to navigate the intersection of legal, financial, and healthcare-related decisions with clarity and compassion.
In her guardianship practice, Paige represents clients in Supreme Court proceedings to appoint legal guardians for incapacitated individuals, ensuring their personal and financial interests are protected. She also counsels clients on long-term care planning, with an emphasis on Medicaid eligibility strategies such as trust formation, spend-down planning, and application preparation.
Paige regularly guides executors and administrators through probate and estate administration in Surrogate’s Court, assisting with court filings, asset collection, and distributions. She understands the emotional and procedural challenges that often accompany these matters and is dedicated to providing efficient, thoughtful, and personalized support.
Paige began her legal career at McLaughlin & Stern as a summer associate in 2020 and joined the firm full time after earning her J.D. from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University. She received her undergraduate degree from West Virginia University and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2023.
