Mark Luccarelli is an associate in the Litigation and Municipal Law departments in the Garden City Office.  His practice focuses on representing Villages and other local governments, as well as individual and corporate clients involved in litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Luccarelli served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens District Attorney’s Office.  He was a member of Felony Trial Bureau III, where he prosecuted a caseload of violent felonies through all stages of criminal litigation, as well as an investigative ADA for the Major Crimes Bureau, where he was responsible for emergency judicial applications related to pre-arrest investigations.

Mr. Luccarelli received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2018.  While in law school he was the Managing Director of the law school’s mock trial program.  He now teaches trial advocacy at St. John’s on a part-time basis.
