Mark Luccarelli is a partner in McLaughlin & Stern’s litigation department practicing out of the Garden City office. He represents clients of the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Art Law, Employment Law, Municipal Law, and Criminal Defense and Investigations practices, with cases that range from the prosecution and defense of sexual harassment/assault claims, criminal actions against corporate defendants, real estate disputes, wrongful termination claims against employers, and the representation of local municipalities involved in litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Luccarelli served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Queens District Attorney’s Office. He was a member of Felony Trial Bureau III, where he prosecuted a caseload of violent felonies through all stages of criminal litigation, as well as an investigative ADA for the Major Crimes Bureau, where he was responsible for emergency judicial applications related to pre-arrest investigations, including emergency search warrants and arrest warrants. He is currently a member of Nassau County’s Assigned Counsel Defender Panel.
Mr. Luccarelli received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2018. While in law school he was the Managing Director of the law school’s mock trial program. He now teaches trial advocacy at St. John’s University on a part-time basis.
