Hunter Hinden is an Associate in the Litigation Department at McLaughlin & Stern, LLP. Hunter focuses his practice on civil, commercial, and criminal litigation.

During the summer of 2022, Hunter interned at McLaughlin & Stern as a Summer Associate and, following his graduation from law school, returned full-time. Prior to interning at Mclaughlin & Stern, Hunter was a judicial intern for the Honorable Joel H. Slomsky for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where he gained experience in employment law, torts, criminal law, and education law.

Hunter received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2019. Following college, Hunter was an assistant paralegal for the international immigration law firm Fragomen, Del Rey, Bernsen & Loewy, LLP.

Hunter attended New York Law School where he received his J.D. and graduated cum laude in 2023. During his time in law school, Hunter was a Notes & Comments Editor for New York Law School’s Law Review and was the Vice President of New York Law School’s Trial Competition Team, where he managed, participated, and competed in mock trial competitions against law schools from around the country.
