Ms. Quinn is an Associate in McLaughlin & Stern’s Litigation Department. She began her legal career in law enforcement as an Assistant District Attorney with the Queens County District Attorney’s Office, where she served from 2020 to 2025. During her tenure, she prosecuted cases in the Domestic Violence Bureau before joining the Career Criminal Major Crimes Bureau, where she handled some of Queens County’s most serious felony prosecutions.
While at the Queens District Attorney’s Office, Ms. Quinn tried multiple jury trials, conducted felony hearings, and presented dozens of cases to Queens County grand juries. She also completed a six-month rotation as an investigative ADA, responding to crime scenes and drafting subpoenas, emergency search warrants, arrest warrants, and other emergency judicial applications related to pre-arrest investigations.
Ms. Quinn received her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law in 2020. While in law school, she was a member of the school’s mock trial program and competed in national mock trial competitions against law schools from across the country. She now serves as a part-time trial advocacy coach at St. John’s Law, mentoring students and preparing them for interscholastic mock trial competitions.
Ms. Quinn received her Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University, where she was a Division I lacrosse player. Following graduation, she worked as a legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP before attending law school.
