Ms. Quinn is an Associate in McLaughlin & Stern’s litigation department. She began her legal career in law enforcement as an Assistant District Attorney for the Queens County District Attorney’s Office from 2020 to 2025, serving as a prosecutor in the Domestic Violence Bureau and more recently in the Career Criminal Major Crimes Bureau, where she handled some of Queens County’s most serious cases. While at the Queens DA’s Office, Ms. Quinn tried multiple jury trials, conducted felony hearings, and presented dozens of cases to Queens County Grand Juries. Ms. Quinn also completed a six-month rotation as an investigative ADA in which she was responsible for responding to crime scenes as well as drafting subpoenas and emergency judicial applications related to pre-arrest investigations, including emergency search warrants arrest warrants.
Ms. Quinn received her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law in 2020. While in law school, she was a member of the school’s mock trial program and competed in competitions against law schools around the country. She now teaches trial advocacy on a part-time basis, serving as a coach for students in mock trial competitions. Ms. Quinn received her Bachelor of Arts from the George Washington University, where she was a Division I lacrosse player. Following college, Ms. Quinn was a legal assistant at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
