Harvey J. Sperling, Esq. has been practicing in the areas of Elder Law, Trusts, and Estates since 1995. His areas of specialization include Home Care, Medicaid applications and planning, Guardianships, Estate Planning and Estate Administration. He is a member of the Elder Law Section of the New York State Bar Association as well as the Committee on the Elderly and Disabled of the Queens County Bar Association. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Queens College of the City University of New York and a Juris Doctor degree from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, and is a member of the bar of the State of New York. Mr. Sperling has co-authored several scholarly articles on the New York State Medicaid Home Care Program. These articles have appeared in noted legal publications. In addition, he has lectured to attorney and various organizations regarding various Elder Law topics.
