Ms. Pomar is licensed to practice law in New York and Florida and works out of the Miami office. She advises clients on U.S. and cross-border corporate matters, with a focus on financial institutions, including broker-dealers, investment advisers, multi-family offices, and high net worth individuals, in their activities worldwide. Her practice encompasses negotiating a broad range of commercial agreements, including investor documents, consulting agreements, stock grants, and settlement agreements, while ensuring compliance with applicable U.S. laws and regulations.
Ms. Pomar regularly assists clients with corporate structuring, internal governance, and clients investing and purchasing residential and commercial real estate properties. She has extensive experience supporting cross-border transactions and entity formation. She has worked closely with clients from Brazil and Latin America, advising on U.S. legal considerations in connection with their investment, corporate, and operational strategies.
Her corporate practice includes preparing board and committee resolutions, overseeing corporate recordkeeping, and advising on matters involving securities regulations and corporate governance policies.
Ms. Pomar received her Juris Doctorate from New York Law School in 2018 and a Bachelor of Science from Florida International University in 2013. She is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
