Fiona Wu is a Counsel of the firm, she is a licensed attorney in both the State of New York and the State of California. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law, in which she held the position of President of the International Law Society. She is a native speaker of both English and Mandarin, and is intermediate in Spanish as well as Cantonese.

Fiona’s practice focuses on capital markets, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, as well as securities law compliance. Ms. Wu has solid experience in SPAC transactions including the initial public offering phase as well as initial business combinations of SPACs. She regularly advises both domestic and international clients on initial public offerings, secondary offerings, corporate governance matters, as well as investment banking firms in connection with private placement transactions, public offerings, and underwriting counsel services.
