Daniel Schreck has over twenty years of experience litigating a broad variety of matters in state and federal courts.  Daniel’s experience litigation includes commercial matters, employment law disputes, employment discrimination litigation, nationwide class actions, defamation, collection matters, estate disputes, and various forms of personal injury cases.  Daniel has tried cases to verdict in both the state and federal courts, including a matter that was the subject of a recent New York Times Article. Black Real Estate Agent Wins Racial Bias Case Against Hamptons Firm – The New York Times.  From 2014 – 2018 Daniel was voted a Rising Star in Super Lawyers Magazine.

Daniel graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2004, where he was a Lisle Scholar and received the Judge Barry Hurowitz Memorial Award.  Following his graduation from law school, Mr. Schreck was privileged to spend he first twenty years of his career working at the Law offices of G. Oliver Koppell & Associates, where he was privileged to be mentored by former New York State Attorney General G. Oliver Koppell.
