Aimee Davis has significant experience handling all aspects of matrimonial and family law matters, including negotiating and drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, as well as resolving cases involving complex equitable distribution, child support, custody, access, and geographic relocation by negotiation and litigation, when necessary. She has successfully argued cases before the Appellate Division, First Department. Aimee has been selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Star List annually since 2016.
Aimee graduated Barnard College, magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science in 2004 and received her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2007. She was a notes editor of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution and her note, “Mediating Cases Involving Domestic Violence: Solution or Setback?” was published in the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution (8 CARDOZO J. CONFLICT RESOL. 253 (2006)). Aimee became a member of the New York State Bar in 2008 and the New Jersey State Bar in 2007.
