Adrienne Ou is an associate at McLaughlin & Stern in San Francisco, California. She handles a variety of cases, including labor and employment litigation, such as complex class action and PAGA cases, and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Adrienne was a post-bar intern at the San Mateo County Superior Court, where she clerked for all the judges of the civil division and assisted them on both civil and complex civil matters. She also clerked for various judges of the appellate and criminal divisions and assisted them on both civil and criminal matters.

During law school, Adrienne served as an editor of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, served on the board of her law school’s LGBTQIA+ student affinity group, and completed externships with the Hon. Mary Rowland, United States District Judge for the Northern District of Illinois, and the Illinois Human Rights Commission.

Prior to law school, Adrienne Ou was a teacher in Nanjing and a paralegal in San Francisco. She is of Taiwanese heritage and is a Bay Area native.

Adrienne holds a Juris Doctor from the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Los Angeles in political science (Phi Beta Kappa & magna cum laude).
