Attorney Mollie Hartman Lustig Speaks at New Jersey State Bar Association’s Continuing Legal Education Seminar on Cannabis Licensing in the Garden State

On May 19, Mollie Hartman Lustig, an attorney with McLaughlin & Stern, spoke at the New Jersey State Bar Association’s (NJSBA) Continuing Legal Education seminar, “Cannabis Licensing in New Jersey: What You Need to Know as the Businesses Light Up,” during the NJSBA’s Annual Convention. The seminar, which was cosponsored by the NJSBA’s Cannabis Law Committee, was held at the Music Box at the Borgata Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey. The topics included personal use licenses in the state of New Jersey and municipal issues and considerations in connection with licensing.

Ms. Lustig is Co-Chair of McLaughlin & Stern’s Cannabis Practice Group. She is experienced and knowledgeable in the existing laws and regulations governing cannabis cultivation, sale, use and legalization and the rapid changes of these policies. She has been a member of the NJSBA’s Cannabis Law Committee since 2017. Some of her clients include cannabis business operators, investment partners, CBD entrepreneurs, cannabis support services and local municipalities seeking regulatory counsel.
