Mark G. Rosenberg has more than 20 years of experience in corporate law and is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Securities Group. Mr. Rosenberg has been in charge of numerous financing projects, including public offerings, private equity financings and venture capital projects. He has represented issuers, underwriters and investors in these projects. He has represented clients in the high-tech and Internet industries, as well as clients in traditional industries.

Rosenborg received his BA in accounting from SUNY Alberni in 1979, his J.D. from Boston University in 1983, and his LL.M. in tax law from New York University in 1989.
