Steven Newburgh Appointed to Serve on The U.S. Southern District of Florida Local Rules Committee

Bankruptcy partner, Steven S. Newburgh, was recently appointed by Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, Laurel M. Isicoff, to serve on the United States Southern District of Florida Local Rules Committee. The Committee is responsible for revisions to the Local Rules of Federal Bankruptcy Procedure in the Southern District of Florida.
