Susan C. Finegan is an Associate in the litigation department. She focuses her practice in zoning and land use, Article 78 proceedings, constitutional claims, real property disputes and commercial litigation.

Prior to joining McLaughlin & Stern, Ms. Finegan was a litigation associate with Sahn Ward Braff & Koblenz, PLLC. Ms. Finegan also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Carmen Victoria St. George of the New York State Supreme Court. While in law school, Ms. Finegan interned at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.

Ms. Finegan received her J.D. from Touro Law School, where she was on the Dean’s List and served as Research Editor of the Touro Law Review.  She received her B.A. from SUNY Binghamton.

Ms. Finegan is admitted to practice in the State of New York. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
