Rose Lee is an Associate Attorney with McLaughlin & Stern’s Naples office. Her practice focuses on family law and civil litigation. Prior to joining McLaughlin & Stern, Rose worked for eight years litigating child welfare cases and zealously defending the constitutional rights of indigent parents and their children. She was a featured speaker twice at the annual Florida Children & Families Summit.

Rose received her J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2015, where she was also awarded for her dedication to pro bono work. Rose grew up in Southwest Florida and is passionate about helping those in the community she has always called home.
