Neha S. Choudary is Of-Counsel in the Firm’s Matrimonial and Family Law Department. Early in her career, Ms. Choudary spent many years as a court-appointed defense attorney in Manhattan, representing low-income New Yorkers in child welfare cases. Having worked with many neglect, abuse, custody, and visitation cases, Ms. Choudary is well versed in the law, and is skilled at working with client in crisis, including survivors of domestic violence. In her time in the private sector, she has represented many high net worth individuals in complicated and high conflict matrimonial and family matters. She strives to attain the best outcomes for her clients, while remaining sensitive and supportive to their needs. Ms. Choudary has the exemplary communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving expertise that are necessary to successfully navigate family law matters through negotiated settlements wherever possible or, when required, through litigation. She routinely appears in the Supreme and Family Courts in the greater New York area, and she has extensive litigation experience.

Ms. Choudary graduated from Fordham University School of Law in 2007, and received her Bachelor of Arts from Tufts University in 2004. She lives in Westchester with her husband and three children.
