Jessica Joe is an associate in the Trust & Estates Department in the New York and Long Island offices. Ms. Joe primarily focuses her legal practice in the areas of probate and trust administration, estate and trust litigation, and estate planning. Prior to attending law school and joining the McLaughlin & Stern, Ms. Joe worked as a paralegal in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice litigation. Ms. Joe is admitted to the New York Bar; and a member of both the New York State Bar and Nassau County Bar Associations.
Ms. Joe received her Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University. While in law school Ms. Joe was a member of the Real Property Law Journal, the Hugh L. Carey Center for Dispute Resolution, Member of the Dean’s Diversity Council, and Vice President of the South Asian Students Association. Prior to law school, Ms. Joe earned a Bachelor of Arts from Stony Brook University.
