Eric Rosenstock is a Trust & Estates associate in the New York office of McLaughlin & Stern, advising clients on estate, gift and succession planning, will and trust preparation, charitable giving, and trust and estate administration.
Eric received his J.D. from Yale Law School and his A.B., summa cum laude, from Washington University in St. Louis. Eric is currently pursuing an LLM in taxation (specializing in estate planning and international taxation) at New York University School of Law.
Eric began his legal career as a mergers & acquisitions associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, then opened Rosenstock Law Office, P.C., where he practiced immigration law until 2018. For three years, Eric was with the New York office of the Wailian Group, providing immigration and commercial law services to Chinese companies and individuals.
Eric is a native Spanish speaker and is fluent in Portuguese.
