Eileen Breslin is a corporate attorney with in-house and major law firm experience. Her practice primarily concerns corporate and securities matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, including public offerings and private placements of securities, corporate governance, and general corporate transactions in various industries, including broadcasting, manufacturing and technology. In addition, her practice includes U.S. regulatory compliance, such as SEC and FCC periodic reporting, and global compliance, including anti-corruption (FCPA), import/export and privacy.
Ms. Breslin received her law degree from Yale Law School, her MBA (Finance) from Stony Brook University, and her BA (Labor Relations) from the Harry Van Arsdale Center for Labor Studies (SUNY-Empire). She holds a CIPP/US, CIPP/E and CIPM certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
She is a member of the Association of Federal Communications Consulting Engineers, the Commercial Panel of the American Arbitration Association and has served on the Board of Directors of several Not-for-Profits.
Ms. Breslin is an Assistant Professor in the Business Management Department at SUNY Farmingdale, covering courses such as International Business, Strategic Management, Marketing, and Leadership.
