Danit Halberstein is an associate in McLaughlin & Stern’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Danit represents clients across various industries in connection with intellectual property and commercial matters, with a focus on trademark clearance and prosecution, copyright registration, and infringement and enforcement actions in federal and state court, and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Danit has experience advising on various commercial transactions, as well as drafting commercial, intellectual property and technology agreements, including vendor and services agreements, content creator contracts, website terms and conditions and privacy policies, and trade agreements.
Danit received her Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Binghamton, and her J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Danit was born and raised in New York City, and currently resides in Brooklyn, with her husband and two children.
