Seminar on Raising Capital for Small and Low Cap Companies

February 09, 2012

What does it take to raise capital in today's marketplace?
Have the rules changed since the last time you did a raise?
Here's your chance to gain valuable insight from four different capital resources: an investment banker, a vc fund manager, a commercial banker and a non-bank lender. Each speaker will comment on what they look for before making an investment or loan to a small or low cap company. There will be ample time for questions from the audience.

This seminar is complimentary, but attendance is limited to 35, so please register early.
