Dennis Wiley practices trusts and estates law, splitting his practice between the area of fiduciary litigation, estate planning and administration, and taxation. He has extensive experience in probate contests, turnover proceedings, and contested accountings, as well as tax controversy matters. In addition, Mr. Wiley assists families and individuals with wealth transfer planning and business succession planning, with an eye toward avoiding future disputes, and regularly advise clients on multi-jurisdictional issues. In addition to his work at McLaughlin & Stern, Mr. Wiley is a frequent contributor to the Nassau County and New York State Bar Associations on issues pertaining to the practice of trusts and estates law.
Mr. Wiley lives on Long Island with his wife, Shannon, and his two young children.
