Robert M. Weiss is a partner in the firm’s corporate department.
He represents a variety of private companies and has extensive experience in negotiating the purchase and sale of closely held businesses, structuring the operations of start-up businesses, and negotiating employment agreements, shareholder/partnership agreements and licensing agreements. Mr. Weiss’s clients are engaged in a variety of industries, including insurance brokerage, apparel manufacture and sale, metals refining, newspaper publishing, trade shows, advertising/promotions and catering.

Mr. Weiss received his bachelor’s degree in accounting from State University of New York at Binghamton in 1981 and received his LL.B. from Case Western Reserve University in 1984. He is admitted to the bar in the State of New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association. He resides in Glen Rock, New Jersey, with his wife
and two sons and is a member of the board of trustees of the Glen Rock Jewish Center.
