Mark B. Waldstein graduated from Queens College in 1981 and cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1987. Prior to joining McLaughlin & Stern in 2002, Mr. Waldstein was an associate at Dewey Ballantine (now Dewey LeBeouf) , a member of the Torys law firm and the firm of Cassin, Cassin & Joseph LLP. His practice relates primarily to estate planning and trust and estate administration, with a particular focus on international estate planning for resident and non-resident aliens. He is also involved in the negotiation and preparation of prenuptial agreements and same-sex domestic partnership agreements.
Mr. Waldstein serves on the MOMA Planned Giving Advisory Committee. He is a member of the Trusts and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of the American Bar Association.
