Biography

Rodrigo Sadi practices in the area of U.S. and international corporate law, representing clients based in Latin America and, predominantly, in Brazil, including financial institutions, businesses, private equity funds, family offices, and high net worth individuals in their activities worldwide.

He has extensive experience in M&A transactions, in particular with regard to cross-border transactions between companies in the U.S. and in Latin America, and in drafting an array of commercial agreements, such as agreements related to the purchase, supply and distribution of products, financing agreements, consulting agreements, and joint-venture agreements.

Rodrigo also is an adjunct professor at Fordham University's School of Law, where he teaches U.S. Contract Drafting & Negotiation to foreign attorneys.
