Biography
Magnolia D. Levy is experienced in advising clients in all aspects of matrimonial and family law including pre and post nuptial agreements, divorce negotiation and litigation, equitable distribution, spousal support, custody and visitation issues. Ms. Levy has also represented clients in contested commercial litigation as well as in pro bono matters. Ms. Levy is a cum laude graduate of Colgate University and a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is admitted to practice before the Courts of New York, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Courts of the State of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the District of Columbia. Ms. Levy is a member of the American Bar Association, Family Law Section, the New York County Lawyers Association- Matrimonial Law Section, the New York State Bar Association- Family Law Section, the New York State Bar Association Committee on Animals in the Law, the New York City Bar Association and the New York Women's Bar Association. Ms. Levy also co-chairs the firm's summer associate program.
